Schnit pour at the brewery, 3/30/25.
Clear, deep amber-bronze. Large, creamy, light-beige head.
Beautifully clean, mineralesque, lightly fruity and herbal-hopped nose with gentle caramel accents and deep base malts providing honey and biscuit-like notes. Little/no toast.
Soft, round, fruity, creamy, malty and deep. Very little, if any, toast character and instead, the light accents of medium malt provide gentle fruitiness and a hint of caramel. Just how I like my polotmavy. Balanced, flavorful, malty, attenuated. Very mild cherry wood accents providing further complexity.

Canned 2/10/25, drunk 3/28/25.
Clear, deep brass-golden. Large, white head, good retention.
Nose is about as good as they come. Beautifully-soft, yet expressive and highly aromatic hops give all sorts of herbal qualities with very light, feathery floral notes, as well. Very light, dainty honey from the malt balances gently and the beer is immaculately clean.
Crisp and well-hopped with the return of the intense herbal qualities and a healthy, but not-overdone bitterness. Rich honey-like malt qualities with bits of cracker/biscuit and more rustic grain leading to a crisp finish that shows ample dryness. I find myself gulping the stuff down. As usual, insane amount of malt depth and flavor for its size. To be constructive, maybe just a touch more dryness and snappiness on the finish and it would be damned near perfect.

16oz can pours a clear, burnt orange brown with some lacey head. Nose is really nice, grist, brown bread, some caramel or even carob, roasted almonds. Flavor is nutty and bready, sweet with a brown sugar lick. Almost something herbal on the end, like a cooling menthol without being medicinal. Threads a needle. Really easy to drink. Goes with everything.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Hay and straw aromas. Crisp with sweet hay and orange smarties upfront turning to earthy bark in the medium length finish.

Pours slightly hazed into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Cracked corn and hay aromas. Soft and full with sweet hay and straw upfront turning to mild lemon before the lasting, earthy bark finish. Fuller and more pungent than the standard version.

Pretty solid! Clean with nice hallertauer hops coming through in the nose and flavor, nice medium bitterness. Crisp and semi-dry. Clear golden color, it ticks all the boxes for a good pils, so I'm happy.
