4 pack at home. Bought at NH welcome center. Cloudy yellow orange brew with foamy head. Nose is cloves and banana and wheat. Tastes of those 3 elements plus peppery and florals notes from the hops. Fun

A bit roasty showing some licorice and beany character. Earthiness is strong but I just don't love that dark, beany character. Certainly there's backing base malt to balance the acidity, but that's not the issue. Some fresh herbal hop character brings some levity on the finish.
Soft, richly-malty with an almost minty-like hoppiness. None of the beany dark malt character of the nose (and to be fair, it passes after you let the beer breathe a bit). But the dark side is still strong in this one. Rich licorice, not-bitter roast and baker's chocolate leaving it dry on the finish, which balances the deep base malt sweetness up front. Two months out and this thing is still a beast! I think I have two more cans and I think it will be good to let them sit for a while and revisit. Impressive amount of malt and flavor, though.

Good stuff. Fresh biscuits, bitter grain husk, cereal, bit of grassy bite, moderate bitterness. Clean and quenching. Tidy.

16oz can of fun. Clear, fizzy gold, cap of white head. Nose has plenty of lime, grist, straw. Flavor follows. Some heirloom corn working. Some tannins. Nice punch of fresh lime on the end. Crazy easy drinker.

Pretty good stuff. Elevates the style. Quite bitter, some citrus rind, oily lime peel, subtle zest, lean pale malt and biscuit. Bitter finish, a little grass with the rind.

On tap at Schilling, pours an opaque bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma is a bit muffled and earthy, blurring the different berries together—though there’s plenty of bright pithy berries—along with light saline and coriander. Flavour is much the same, bringing out a very dry and harmonious blend of berries, saline, and gentle tartness. Earthy, dry, fruity, salinic finish. Very well-made.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of grassy hops, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with crisp grassy hops, moderate bitterness, finishing crisp and dry. Very good.

On tap at Schilling, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of banana, light clove, and soft wheatiness—typical hef. Flavour is estery, with lots of clove and banana, very subtle tartness, and a soft wheaty base. On-style, just not my thing. Decent.
