Jungle Juice é un birrificio romano che dispone di una propria taproom, il JJ Beer Bar, aperto dal martedì alla domenica.
Ricerchiamo costantemente di infondere in ogni birra l'essenza ed il carattere delle idee che ci perseguitano, fondendole con le ispirazioni e le "contaminazioni" che ci aspettano nel cammino.
Dopo due anni di produzioni itineranti in giro per l'Italia, il cuore ci ha portato a realizzare il nostro birrificio a Roma, nella suggestiva zona di Via del Mandrione, con la prospettiva di fondare una casa per noi e per quanti si trovino a condividere insieme esperienze scintillanti e fantastiche avventure.

375ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. 2019 edition. Pours pitch black with no foam. Aroma is coffee, a little cherry. Body is pretty dense, with little tickling carbonation. Taste is roasty bitter. Final is fairly long.

Cask at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep amber with very fine white foam. Aroma is malty and indeed with some maple syrup. Body is average with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-sweet, but well-balanced. Final is fairly long, a little bitterish.

On tap at Bir&Fud, Roma. Clear golden with a fairly modest, but lasting, white head. Hoppy and fruity with herbal notes, citrus and hints of tropical fruits and caramel. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and a quite balanced, but solid bitterness.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours standard gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is really fresh of grass, flowers, hay. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter. Final is average.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, cereali, leggero erbaceo e citrico. In bocca è ben bilanciata, chiude abbastanza secca senza eccessi di luppolo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Ok.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy blonde with limited foam. Aroma is summited by the passion fruit, but also with some grapefruit. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Tart, with a little astringency. Taste is medium sour, with a little sweetness in the beginning. Final is tart but not so short.
