Plastic bottle shared with JFE at his place 03.01.20. Translucent golden. Some off-white head. Aroma of American hops, marmalade, mandarins, papaya and ripe mango. Taste of sweet malt, orange biscuits, marmalade, overripe papaya, mango and mandarins. Some citrus bitterness is lingering on.

Preconcert rating ombord på Fridtjofen, sammen med skibsrederen jan-20: 1-liters plastflaske så og si direkte fra importkofferten. Nesten helt klar rødlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Den herlige maltsmaken er det som først slår meg, og når den i tillegg er kombinert med lyse bær, friske urter, jordaktige toner og litt engelsk fløtekaramell blir resultatet en meget bra opplading til en kveld i konserthuset (Nils Henrik Asheim 60 år). Ingen skarpe kanter, bare lutter mersmak og en høy ff (forfriskningsfaktor).

Tap at ALE! Bar Prague. Sliiightly hazy full golden body, lasting white head. Pungent, huge white wine - herbal Nelson aroma, generally flawless. The. Taste is similar, very clean, lean body, smooth, the Nelson giving out more herbal/thorny notes than the wine notes, vague, vague glue hmm... A very good SH pale, failling only slightly on the last step.

Plastic bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 18.01.20. Translucent dark orange amber. Excellent aroma and taste of medium dark malt, dried fruits, butterscotch and caramel. Refreshing bitterness with no sharp edges. Very quaffable.

Tap at Indigo. Moderate body, moderate carbonation. Med-light caramelly, sugary maltiness, moderate bitterness just on par to balance ot nicely. Moderate hops character too, zesty, resiny. Good but not great.

1-liters plastflaske (bb. 28.01.20) fra skibsrederens importkoffert, direkte fra Praha jan-20: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig og superfrisk aroma og smak med tydelig Nelson Sauvin-preg - tropiske frukter, gule druer, fersken og et hint av granskudd. Ingen sak å helle denne innenfor snippen.
