In september 2015 stroomde het eerste volledig in Rotterdam gebrouwen bier uit de tanks. Noordt is inmiddels een naam die niet meer weg te denken is uit de stad ,een stadsbrouwerij met een Rotterdams karakter.

We brouwen 'no nonsense' bieren die altijd soepel en doordrinkbaar zijn met eerlijke en soms verrassende smaakelementen, altijd met liefde passie en overgave gemaakt.

Bottle. Golden color. Floral and soft fruity notes in the slightly yeasty aroma. Medium bodied. Malty sweetish, fruity citric flavor. Soft floral notes. Pleasant.

Bottle, 330 ml. Almost black. Malt, roast, licorice and a hint of salt in the aroma. Malty sweetish, roasty salty flavor with licorice. Not unpleasant, maybe a bit onedimensional.

Bottle. Pale amber color. Aroma has malt, dried fruit, but it is hard to pick up any whisky aroma’s. Malty sweet flavor, toffee, dried fruit, with subtle hints of whisky and oak. Well balanced, but hardly worth the high price tag, considering the limited barrel aging character,

Bottle. Amber color. Caramel, butter, cellar notes and also a hint of oak in the aroma. Malty sweet buttery toffee flavor. Cellar notes Vanilla. Sukphur. Tar. I really can't pick up much wood and vanilla.

Bottle. Black/ Roast, coffee, a hint of peat and whisky in the aroma and flavor. Malty sweet, hint of licorice. Very low on carbon. The barrel aging effect is quite moderate.

(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 14 Feb 2019) Reddish brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, dried fruit, raisins and prunes. Malty taste with notes of dark fruit, dried fruit, raisins, prunes and a mild spicy bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, but fairly uncomplicated and hardly daring. Quite enjoyable.
