In september 2015 stroomde het eerste volledig in Rotterdam gebrouwen bier uit de tanks. Noordt is inmiddels een naam die niet meer weg te denken is uit de stad ,een stadsbrouwerij met een Rotterdams karakter.
We brouwen 'no nonsense' bieren die altijd soepel en doordrinkbaar zijn met eerlijke en soms verrassende smaakelementen, altijd met liefde passie en overgave gemaakt.

Bottle (thanks maakun). Pours black with beige head. Aroma is smoke, peat, iodine, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, peat, roast, malt, smoke, ash, iodine. Finish is sweet and peaty bitter. Overall: very good, gets better as it warms up, iodine disappears.

Bottle shared by a friend. Slight hazy amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of some toffee and light pumpkin spices. Bit sweet malty in taste, some spices. Well balanced, decent beer.

6 4 8 3 14 Bottle at Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda ‘18. Black with a small beige head. Aroma is floral, peaty, dark chocolate, caramel and malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Gouda Winterbier 2018. Dark brown with light tan head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Zuidt on 31 Jan 2018 at 12:12 - Score: 7

Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Almost black with light brown head. Some peat, strong ash and roast, whisky, sweet sugary malts, coffee, toffee, light red wine. Quite sweet and bitter. Full bodied. A bit rough but nice.

On tap at Drie Dorstige Herten. Black colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of walnuts, roast, cocoa, Belgian chocolate, malts, smells great. Flavour is light ashy, medium sweet, roasted malts, light nutty, some cocoa, bitter finish. Flavour is a bit lacking because of the lack of body, otherwise this is a fine beer.

Tap at THOMS. Near clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, caramel, little wet and grassy hops. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body, slick malty feel and soft carbonation. 2.7 // again at Noordt. Grapefruit and caramel. Tap at Noordt. Bit hazy golden with off white head. Sweet tropical fruits, caramel, dank weeds, light grassy, mango. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Nice.
