AROMA: Strong scents of bourbon and cherry followed by mild scents of vanilla and (strangely enough) chocolate.
APPEARANCE: Pours an clear dark-amber, with a thin, light-tan head that dissipates very quickly, with no lacing.
TASTE: I'm first hit with a fair amount of sweetness with a strong flavor of cherry. It then quickly transitions to a mild amount of tartness with mild flavors of bourbon, oak, and vanilla. The finish is slightly dry with just a hint more of that cherry tartness.
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-bodied with a slightly sticky texture. Carbonation is average.
OVERALL: Personally, I would have liked more tartness. Especially for something labeled "Tart Cherry". Having said that, I did find the flavor to be nice. It was sweet, but not overly sweet. And as the beer warmed, the bourbon and oak aromas really started to meld better with the flavors. Which made for a more enjoyable experience.

Bottled. Poured red brown. Not much head. Wood, vanilla, yeast. OK but something was off here.

Pours a clear deep amber red. Not a ton of bourbon vanilla but standard pumpkin spice. Burny booze. Not bad.

Draught via Habitat pours a butterscotch slightly murky brown. Little head. Aroma is bourbin. Taste is sweet with some malts and vanilla. Ok but thin and needs more IMO.

Light amber in color with a very light haze and a small head. Aroma is fruity, vanilla-caramel and bourbon barrel. Taste is also fruity light cherry, vanilla-caramel, and bourbon barrel. Not really tart.

12 oz. can. Clear, golden color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is straw, mild spruce, caramel, and rose. Sweet and malty, with a light, dusty bitterness. Light, smooth, and clean. Easy and pretty well made.

Vanilla and cocoa nose. Mahogany, medium tan head. Cocoa, charred oak, vanilla, raisin. Full body, easy carbonation. Surprising complexity.

12 oz. bottle. Clear, amber color, with a fairly big, foamy, beige head. The aroma is caramel, walnut, brandied cherries, pumpernickel, and brown sugar. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, smooth, and slick. Clean and tasty enough.
