Bottle. Slight hazy deep ruby. Thick funk, black currants, cherries, wood, blackberries, lemon zest, sea buckthorn. Medium sour, less sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. Quite nice, I think this is one of the better batches, love the strong black currants.

Pour at If It Ain't Dutch. Hazy pink tinged red. Thin white head sticks to the rim. Aroma is sour- berries and citrus. Apiyhy edge. Flavourwise it's dry and sour. Vinous and berries. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish.

Pour at If It Ain't Dutch. Opaque amber. Aroma is big and boozy, tart and vinous. Earthy. Opaque light amber. White head retreats to the rim. Flavourwise it's big and sour, plus dry. Vinous. Gooseberry. Light. Thin. Average-soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish.

Bottle pour at dutch bar bermondsey. Batch 4 5.7% a translucent pinkish red coloured pour with a a halo of pixkosh head. Aroma is dryish, rose petal, po perrie, funky, barrel staves, floral, bark. Flavour is composed of dry tart, rose, bark, some hibiscus woody funk, bark grape funk. Palate is super crisp, tart, powdery. Carbonation. Nice.

Bottle pour from dutch bar bermondsey. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of fine white. Aroma is big punchy sour, white wine staves, bark, spicy fuzzy. Woody mould. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, white wine, wooden staves, white peach, tart, prickly fruit. Paalte is semi sweet tart, prickly mellow mellow carbonation. Nice. Lingering delicate funk.

Одно из самых странных пивасов фестиваля, дикие дрожжи какие то очень странный, солод что ли водой из провода отдаёт. В общем мне вообще не зашло.

Fles gekocht tijdens het afscheidsweekend van Nevel. Kleur is helder goud en de witte schuimkraag heeft een redelijke retentie. Geurt zurig, melkzuur, iers geparfumeerd - ws de vlierbloesem, iets boterig zelfs. In de mond is het lichtjes zurig en zoutig, (vlier)bloesem/bloemen. Smaak is licht zurig met een vleugje zoet en het zout is goed te proeven. Daarnaast nog een licht bitterje en wat hout. Licht body. Finish is wat droog, tannines, en wat bitter.

Несмотря на редкий стиль и дико длинное описание по вкусу просто хороший саур, что то типо сизона наверно. Есть сено, немного карамели, и немного травы, от неё сухость.

Bottle. Gusher. Dark brown with big beige head. Sweet malts, chestnuts, overripe peach, touch is moke, bread crust, black berries, light yeast. Medium sweet and sour, less bitter. Over medium bodied. Quite different from the earlier batches, quite nice stuff again!
