Gold colour. Chill haze, thick head. Nice earthy bitterness, good bready malt. Definitely going Bavarian style on this one, and doing it well.

Cloudy, pale. A little oniony on the nose but on the palate it’s not. More citrus and gooseberry. Malt base is maybe a bit thin, but we’ll just call it lean.

Draft at a work dinner in downtown Temecula. Orange pour. Nose is pine and grapefruit. Tatses of grapefruit, melon, star fruit, pine, light resin. Creamy not overall bitter.

16 ounce can at GRND SQRL IN Twentynine Palms, CA. Yellow gold pour. Creamy beige head. Floral hop aroma. Flavor is biscuit malt citrusy hops and cut grass. Lemon, grapefruit and orange notes. . Smooth and creamy. Peppery hop finish.

Can. Golden beer with a cream head. Tropical fruit aroma. Tropical fruit and light white wine flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Tropical fruit and earth linger with light white wine.

On tap at OB Noodle House. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of pine with a resinous bite and a hint of onion underlying. Flavor has a good amount bitter pine and light onion with resin growing through the finish.

5oz pour on a flight at The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 1st February 2022. Hazy light yellow body, white crown. Citrussy from start to finish, hoppy with a mild wine twist within it's make up.
