Growler from DryHop. Pour is a cloudy golden in color. Thin white head diminishes to a small ring with soft lacing. Aroma is fruity hops, wheat, and some light toast. Taste is fairly bitter with a huge amount of Galaxy hops. Big on wheat with strong tropical fruit notes, with a hint of grapefruit, some lemon peel & and some yeast. Not your typical wheat for sure. Very nice.

On tap @ DryHop. Aroma is fresh, dank hops. Taste is same; fresh, dank, citrus hops with a bit of caramel malt. A real hop bomb & just the right ABV for me to drink this all day!!! Very Very Nice

The world needs fewer DJs is great name for a 3.5% Berliner Weisse which pours an opaque straw gold. Fruity tart peach & lemon nose. Whoa incredibly tart and sour, it makes me think of jawbreaker candies! Actually nice and refreshing though with pear fruitiness. Very nice. They also had syrups to add like you might see in Germany but I didn’t try that, nice touch of authenticity though.

Shark meets hipster is a cloudy honey gold pour which matches it’s wheat IPA category. Big fruity galaxy hop bouquet which is somewhat fruit punch like. It has a really nice smooth wheat body. The taste is solid wheat with citrusy spicy hops. An American wheat all the way.

On tap at Dry Hop as part of a tasting flight. It is a lightly cloudy gold with a wheaty cardboard & cherry aroma. (It is a 5.2% cherry weizen) light bodied and smooth with a cardboardish clove & wheat taste and a cherry finish. The taste is hugely spicy cloves in a smooth wheat body. OK but kind of a weak link out of the set.

Screaming life is a 5% oatmeal stout that is pitch black with a roasty oats and coffee aroma. Smooth velvety body with a bitter dark chocolate and cacao flavor. Quite nice, another winner.

Bouquet of soul is a 5.8% APA that is a lovely copper with a great dank piney citrus bouquet. Fantastic flavor of juicy orange and dank resinous rakau hops. Definitely one of the best of the tasting flight.

Growler from the brewery. Filtered orange body, thin off-white head. Nice mellow tropical nelson sauvin aroma, some pleasant orange citrus notes as well. Pleasant toasty golden malt backbone, a little deeper than most new school hoppy APAs, has some malt richness. A really well balanced, medium bodied beer. Refreshingly easy on the palate. Big and fruity, reminiscent of a a great English Ale at times. Sort of perplexing to rate, more so from the growler, but a really enjoyable beer

Growler scooped up at DryHop. An awesome, world class APA. A little heftier malt bill than most new APA or Session IPAs. Big passion fruit flavors. Wow. This is really solid. The carbonation has mellowed a pinch in the growler. Optimum beer for 2014. Right on.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has a good amount of cookie and sweet bread with a bit of grain underlying. Flavor has lots of the same cookie and bread notes with a mellow light grain note.
