On tap and in growler from the brewery. Wow. This one really nails it. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Waimea collide and it is awesome. White grape from the nelson, mellow tropical sweet lime from the Motueka, and a touch of tangelo from the Waimea. World Class stuff. Great balance, doesn't come off floury...the oats and wheat don't go too far. Juicy and just awesome, this is probably the best IPA I can imagine in late 2018. Really drinks clean and smooth for 7 percent as well. Phenomenal.

Tap at Dryhop. Kind of bready, but not that deep. Not that impressive overall. OK, just doesn't nail it the way DH can. Classic, better than typical still, just not perfect.

Tap at DH. Honey gold body. Foamy white head. Vibrant and fruity, zesty, the melon and peppercorn throw it over the top. The yeast isn't that restrained or subtle. Banana tones. Bold belgo-yeast esters. OK.

Tap at Dryhop. Thick orange body. Big, foamy off-white head. The hops are a little boring for the style, not really going in any direction. The body is correct, but their just isn't much hop fun. Mellow orange juice tones. OK.

Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen - hazed orange pour with a small white head. Sweet citrus fruity with prominent orange notes in play, smooth mouthfeel, medium body, vanilla linger into the fruity and hoppy into the close

64oz growler. Filtered orange-tan. More of a regular West Coast IPA than a Brut, not quite as aggressively dry as I associate, still has some rich sweetness. Filtration keeps it drinkable. Has some mellow funky white wine notes, but you kind of have to search them out. Good.
