Growler from DryHop. Even though the more simple stuff gets little fanfare, these are the kind of beers that DryHop really excel at. Clean, expert lagering. The Kazbek hop seems sort of imperfect for the job. It has some delicate new schoolish fruity tones, and a milder classic noble hop tone. So, not quite a classic Pils, definitely has some modern tendencies. Delicate beer in general, no room for off flavors, and it has none. Sweet but well attenuated base malts, sessionable, lovely.

On tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a hazy earthy orange with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of flora, earthy citrus and grass with earthy pine and grains backing. Flavor has a good amount of grass and grain with straw, citrus and flora backing.

Growler from Dryhop. Hazy grey tan. Medium bodied. Optimum fresh Witbier. The spices are present but judicious. Excellent stuff. Sublime and drinkable.

Tap at Dryhop. Unfiltered yellow-tan body. Foamy white head. Creamy, easy going oat/corn tendencies. Soft, sugary mouthfeel. Soft on the yeast. Pretty good.

Growler from DH. Light orange-red body, unfiltered. Very unique, cool beer. The plum flavor is thankfully authentic, not an extract type feel. Deep, almost grape tones. Juicy, but mild. The salt is pretty mild, not really discernible. The sour is tame as well, not going overboard. Really a cool beer to try out. Very unique plum tones. Solid.

Tap at the brewery and growler at home. Unfiltered deep tan body. Steady, creamy white head. Awesome hop tone, cool interplay. The rye adds some malt depth. New school malt hop tones and mouthfeel sensibilities, but a decent enough malt tone to be reminiscent of solid new school West Coast stuff. Juicy Galaxy in the finish, pleasantly rounded out by the Mosaic. World Class Rye IPA.

12oz at Dryhop. Unfiltered yellow-orange body. Relatively low IBU scared me off at first, but the fruity hop tones still really shine through. Juicy new school tones. Quite removed from traditional IPA. A really nice, World Class beer. A touch floury. Juicy, yeasty, sublime. Not bitter at all. Really good. Finishes a pinch watery, which was surprising for the ABV.
