On Tap @ DryHop. Milky white pour. Thin diminishing head. Faint aromas of Belgian yeasts and ginger. Taste is light Belgian, citrus/pear, and very light hops. Medium/thick mouthfeel. Advertised as an IPA... more like a Saison IMHO.

On Tap @ DryHop. Pours a clear golden color with a thin diminishing head. Tastes and smells of cucumbers. Cant get past it. Why do I want cucumbers in my beer anyway? I’m glad chicraftbeerweek is over.

On Tap @ DryHop. Clear amber pour. Thin diminshing white head. Earthy hop aroma. Taste is juicy and fruity sure; in a strange vegetal/melon sorta way. Hop profile just not to my liking. Simple pale malt base. Dry, slightly bitter finish. Seems a bit rushed IMHO.

Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL on a nice Saturday afternoon before going to a wedding. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a rich white head that laces to the glass. Aroma is fruity and light. Taste is easy drinking, nice clove / yeast notes and in a way I can taste the cantalope. Pretty good one. Interesting collaboration...never pictured trying a beer that was made in conjunction with a zoo.

Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL on a nice Saturday afternoon before going to a wedding. Appearance is light pale yellow with not much head. Aroma of light yeast, and malt, not too much going on. Taste is decent, easy drinking, can have multiples for sure. Overall not bad but not memorable.

32oz can. Unfiltered orange-red body. Foamy off-white head. Caramel balance and some solid hop balance. A pretty solid offering, trying to appease old school APA fans maybe.

Tap at DryHop. Awesome world class peach, apricot aroma. The juiciest White IPA I’ve ever had. This is awesome. Big hops, but they are just fruity and easy, not bitter. Pretty great beers. Peach tones.

Tap at DryHop. Unfiltered orange-brown body. The tamarind adds some sweetness, interesting depth. Fruity pear, cherry apple. The tamarind adds that extra creamy brown sugar touch. Adds a real dimension to the beer. Preferable to say, Rye. A unique creation which doesn’t come off as awkward as most US Saisons. Tamarind dominant. underlying peppery tinges.

Danish sample at Dryhop. Filtered orange-tan. Foamy off-white head. Peach, apricot, fruity hop aroma. Mellow and easy on the palate. Not bitter. Very sessionable. Good.

12oz pint at Dryhop. Muted non aroma. Thick, yeasty, unfiltered orange-brown body. Sweet brown malt with a steady dry, noble hop balance. A little too yeasty for the style. Almost has a more Belgo feel than US. Too bright, doesn’t lean into the caramel malts. OK, but kind of sterile tasting, and way too yeasty.
