0.33 l bottle from 'De Bierboutique', bottled in 2016, cellared for over a year. Pitch black, practically no head. Sweetish-malty, roasty, smoky-medicinal aroma of iodine, peat, dark chocolate and licorice. Quite sweet, malty, fairly roasty and rather smoky-medicinal taste of dark chocolate, licorice, tar, iodine, peat, some hard roasted coffee and traces of dark fruits, followed by a long, moderately roasty-bitter, earthy, very smoky-medicinal and slightly boozy finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily mouthfeel, completely flat. Rather intense, very heavy on the whisky, would have benefitted from some carbonation (the bottle cap was actually not that tight). Still quite nice if you are into these kind of flavours.
