Dark grapish- brown. Mediterranean roots with sweet fig and raisin flavor. Palate is fig, date, and raisin. Delicious.

Walnut, dark honey nose, fig underneath. Cloudy brown. Honey and fig, raisin. Full body, smooth mouthfeel. Good balance, wonderful flavor. Very mediterranean. Fig meads must indeed be the nectar of God.

$4.99 can, WW. Can says 6.9%. Batch 3, canned 8-5-20. Hazy pale gold, white head that quickly disappears. Nose is apricot, honey, funk, juicy fruit bubblegum. Flavor is juicy fruit bubblegum, heavy honey, hint of apricot. Waaaaaaayyyyyyy too sweet. Yea - I know, it's an effing alcoholic beverage made out of honey, but damn this is overwhelming.

$4.99 can, WW. Added as a new entry as the abv has changed from 5.5 to 6.9. Batch #6, canned 8/13/20. Murky golden-orange with a white head that quickly dissipates. Nose is tangerine, light funk, light tropical fruit. Tangerine peel and juice - lightly bitter, honey, tropical fruit flavor. Somewhat sweet in the middle, but ends up bitter and somewhat dry. Enjoyable.

Arôme est plaisant sur de belles effluves de mile - biologique, fin boisé avec de belles notes de Bourbon - à cela s'ajoute l'apport de la gousse de vanille. Assez 'straightfoward'
Palais est doux, mielleux, boisé fin de Bourbon avec une touche de vanille sublimée par la vanille de Madagascar qui ponctue le tout. Retrouve un côté frais fleuri sauvage en retrait de la vanille.
Pointe de chaleur en bouche - douceur latente. Pointe douce qui perdure en fin de bouche rehaussé par une petite note épicée.
