Very nice. Good crisp/tart apple complexity; fruit peel/earthy oak spice. Tart/tannic/dry finish. Light-med carb/lingering acidity. Smooth.

On tap at PIB 2016, pours a clear blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out crisp green apple, not much notice of the oak. Flavour is dry and perhaps brings out more of the oak, with a little perfume and green apple. Bone dry, with zero residual sweetness. Finishes very floral. Lacking complexity but it's clean. Meh.

On tap at PIB 2015, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out green apple skins and a touch of funk. Flavour is similar, with dry green apple skins and a touch of funk. Well-designed and highly quaffable. Very nice stuff.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a light clear color with no head. Fresh green apples aroma. Very basic, standard apple cider for me. Drinks like there is no alcohol. Apple juice flavor throughout with a somewhat lingering tart flavor, which I can enjoy. I’ll drink this. For what it is, it’s good.
