Description
Our goal here is simple—delicious craft beer. Our success hinges on the drive of our Beerworkers, whose passion is fueled by the support of our loyal beer loving community.

In 2014, Geoff Seideman and his wife Charmayne opened Honolulu Beerworks, a neighborhood craft brewery in the heart of Kaka'ako. From the beginning they focused on using unique and locally sourced ingredients in the brewing process. Honolulu Beerworks now has an experimental and robust barrel aging program.

light Amber color. Not too hoppy a bit sweet. Decent, but on the verge of boringness.

Pepper and cracked wheat. Dry easy to drink. Simple saison, but ultimately works well.

Hazy Amber color. Nice Belgian lacing. Lots of vanilla and oak in the nose, but not over powering. The mouth is medium full bodied. Lingering oak and vanilla finish. Bourbon never over powers but pale ale characters don’t shine either. Still well made and enjoyable beer.

Slight haze, light amber. Has a lot of bubblegummy heads-forward whisky character. Lots of malt, rich barrel character, sugary finish. Fun stuff.

Dark brown. Molasses, some chewy malts, very fresh, a bit thin in the finish. More residual sugar and this would be great, so impressive is the malt character.

No head at all. Light amber. Light hop nose, indistinct. Powdery hop taste, but mild. Not much going on.

Dark amber. Toasty, caramelly nose, sweeter palate but w/ good complexity if sweet malts and earthy hops.
