At 2 Towns Ciderhouse we believe that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. We refuse to add processed sugars or concentrates and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider.

On tap at Knotty Barrel, San Diego. Pours clear golden short lasting small white head. Very nice, fruity, tropical fruit, kiwi, juicy. Not overly sweet. Great. Medium bodied. Refreshing.

Bomber from Cap Tap. Pours light perry color with a few white bubbles. Aroma is apple, perhaps with something suggesting strawberry. Med minus body. Flavor is slightly sourish, touch of strawberry (hardly any), and a bit of wood. I guess the barrel aging produced the slight souring. Kiwis must have mostly flown away. Finishes dry and a bit astringent. Despite the foregoing it’s actually a fairly tasty cider!

22oz bottle pours out a light pink topped with a small fizzy head. Nose is nice sweet water melons and the cactus candy notes. Taste is more of the sweet melons a little jollyrancher on the end.

Draft at The Stihl Whiskey Bar. Very pale golden, lively carbonation. Sharp apple aroma and taste, with gentle ginger accents. Very tasty and refreshing.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light apples, no notes of kiwi. Flavour brings out a spicy kiwi notes, with flat green apples. Lightly sweet on the finish. It's not very good.

Golden. Medium thin body. Lightly sweet and tart apple with loads of spice and cinnamon. The spice lingers. The 10.5% is really well hidden. Not something I’d want too much but it is interesting.

Bottle - Sweet pear, lychee and tropical white fruits. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Tart and light acidic fruity notes. Rhubarb is a bit odd, it comes out much sweeter than expected and lots of pear.
