On Flight number 2 at the brewpub in Lahaina on 15th December 2022. Light golden body, slight haze, white wispy head, just like the Citra version. The Mosaic hop isn't as citrusy as the Citra and gives a more rounded hop injection with an earthy/piney/tropical fruit nose and flavor, again the Golden Promise Malts worked well with the hop content.

On Flight number 2 at the brewpub in Lahaina on 15th December 2022. Light golden body, slight haze, white wispy head. Citrus front to the nose and taste, as you'd expect, the Golden Promise Malt gives balance and they worked well together.

15th December 2022, part of a flight at the Waikiki Lahaina Brewpub. Beige head on a black/very dark brown body. Malty molasses in both the nose and semi-sweet taste, chocolate and coffee flavors also feature heavily in this decent Porter.

15th December 2022, part of a flight at the Waikiki Lahaina Brewpub. Off-white crown on a mahogany brown body. Malty nose and taste, some traces of woody nut like flavours and a hint of bitterness.

15th December 2022, part of a flight at the Waikiki Lahaina Brewpub. Hazed golden yellow pour, white crown. No clove or banana esters in the nose, a little wheat and allspice maybe. Not too sure what to make of this, I suppose it's a Hawaii Island version of the classic German style using local ingredients and brewing techniques. Not to my taste, sorry. Scored objectively!

15th December 2022, part of a flight at the Waikiki Lahaina Brewpub. Old gold in color, white crown. Slight piney nose with a mini-citrus twist, taste similar and rather 'understated' or 'subtle' depending on your stance on such things. Just not exciting enough for my taste buds.

9oz pour at the Waikiki Lahaina brewpub on 15th December 2022. Pale golden body, bright and clean; wispy white top. More like a Mexican Lager than a US one, but refreshing enough on a hot and sunny afternoon.

Can from the Tapa Tower ABC store. Pours gold with a huge foamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus with a pine note. Medium body. Citrus pine with a light roasty malt support. Dry and bitter. Good old school IPA.
