(355ml can c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours a murky dark pink-red with a short lived pinkish head. Aroma is big jammy sweet blueberry and creamy vanilla with hits of maple and berry skin tannins. Flavour is moderate sweet and light tart, with sweet jammy blueberry again a big player, some sweet lactose and maple syrup, brioche like malt, a little lactic acid, a bit blueberry pancake like but not like some other maple blueberry sours. Blueberries and vanilla in the finish. Medium slick body with average carbonation. Drank as a breakfast beer and it was pretty enjoyable, maybe a bit sweet overall but I don't mind missing bracing acidity in the morning. Fun as you'd expect.

(375ml bottle c/o Herbalist, thanks!) Pours rather clear bright red with a small pink-white head that faded fast. Aroma is beautifully fruity for second use fruit, with some crushed fresh blueberry 'soppa' to it, soft dried florals, a little vanilla sweetness and herbs, hint of Brett and oak but not heavily funky. Flavour is lean and rather acidic, feels lactic with some light funk and esters, thinner blueberry, lemony hits, floral undertones, bone dry in the finish with some fruit skin and soft oak. Light to medium body with moderate efferevescent carbonation. Loved the nose of this but the flavour was a bit bracing on the acid front relative to the adjuncts, nice at first but a bit hard to drink towards the end of my half bottle.

Tasting at Salesforce, can
Cloudy blond colour. Terrible smell, between artificial spice cake and The Body Shop. Aggressively sour, chaos of perfume and spices.
Absolute horror.

(375ml bottle from Half Hours webshop) Pours lightly hazy pale pink-orange with a small white head. Aroma of currants, soft cherries, fresh woodland berries more than jammy though, some rosé wine, subtle spicy woodiness, herbs, earth, some lactic acidity. Flavour is on the higher tart side, lactic, red berries, herbs, soft oak, dried flowers, a little lemon peel, dusty funk, salty mineral almost gose-like finish. Quite dry overall and especially on the finish. Quite light bodied with good carbonation. A pleasant lightly fruited second use farmhouse, delicate but drinkable like I expected.
