Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy golden color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and limited lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light oak and light herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some oak notes, light funky notes with some light herbal notes with subtle rosemary notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but I was expecting more prominent notes of rosemary and sage.

Bottle: Poured a dark amber color ale with a large foamy head with minimal retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart and sour notes with some chocolate notes and light berry is quiet singular. Taste is also a mix of tart and sour notes, light acidity with some berry notes and quite a bit of chocolate malt notes can also be tasted. Body is about average with good carbonation. Weird mix of flavours.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light treacle, pleasant fruity esters and cereals, light oxidation, ok. Can from brewery.

Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a large foamy head with medium retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of tart notes with strong blackberry notes with some oak notes also noticeable. Taste is mix of tart notes with some funky Brett notes with some dominant black currant notes and a light acidic finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice fruity tart ale with good level of complexity.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with some strong tart/sour notes is OK. Taste is a mix of light pear notes with strong tart/sour notes with some acidic notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but somewhat too sour and acid which hides some of the more complex notes.
