A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light curacao, Epsom salts, nice and balanced. On tap at Funkfest 2017.

Canette 355ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune pâle translucide, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme d’agrumes, boisé, malt pale, levure, floral, légèrement herbacé. Goût d’agrumes, bonne acidité, malt, fine amertume, légère astringence, pointe de houblon résineux, le 7% d’alcool est imperceptible. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

Mooch tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy blond color. Great aroma, elderdlower, Gewurztraminer. Bone dry mouthfeel, the flavor is sour, a bit lemony, and astringent in the final. Top bad that the flavor is not as great as the aroma.

Cloudy blonde. Thin head. The aroma is bright and assertive. That’s the chamomile, the orange...lots of hops like citra litterbox, sweet orange, sage/herbal notes...mellow hop bitterness...really nice bright character. This is like BFM Salamander, but more assertive, ballsy. Gotta like that. Seriously, I like this a lot.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of chamomile, a little ginger, and a touch of orange peel. Flavour brings out candied ginger, with notes of chamomile, orange peel and yeast. Finishes tart, acidic and ginger-ish. Difficult to drink, but it's okay.

Bottle - Lychee and fruity white tropical notes. Cloudy gold with a decent white heads. Acidic and fruity lychee and acidic notes. My teeth are squeaking but it is actually ok.
