Cloudy blond color, medium sized head. The aroma of citrus and tropical fruits is penetrating, some passion fruit. Dry and highly carbonated mouthfeel, lemony acidity, then waves of different fruits, mandarin, plums; aggressive and dynamic, plenty of different edges.

Bottle - Bright citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Acidic lemon and citrus peel with some tropical fruit. Bright and acidic.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lovely dry hopping upfront, followed by subdued wild yeast. Flavour is tart and hoppy, with lots of tart tropical fruitiness, tons of dry hopping along the same fruity notes, and some citric acidity on the finish. Wonderfully constructed, with lots of harmonious elements. Tart, hoppy and lightly acidic. Excellent.

Bottle - Chamomile, honey and lots of sweet notes. Clearish gold with a rich white head. Tart and sweet herbal notes with a touch of honey. The nose is deceptively sweet which leads you to think this is going to be something very different then what it is. A nice surprise.

Bottle - Citrus and grassy hop notes with pepper. Clear gold with a rich white head. Much like the nose with a clean finish. Tart and peppery up front that dissipates quickly and leaves not trace. Well done.

Bottle - Light sour cherry and strawberry. Clear red with a nice white head. Tart cherry, big hit of acidity and nice light cheesy funk. A bit out of balance with the acidity but still a very solid beer.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune paille à peine voilée, mousse blanche ayant une belle tenue et laissant une fine dentelle sur les parois du verre. Arôme de citron, pain frais, levure, côté herbacé voir poivr, à peine fermier. Goût de citron, acidité élevée, levure, malt pâle. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Goût d’agrumes, malt, acidité élevée, houblon fruité, sauge fraîche, sèche. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen, texture ample. Aussi étrange que cela puisse paraître, la sauge apporte réellement un côté très intéressant.
