Cloudy, bright golden color and a white head. Citric nopse with orange zest. Taste follows the nose. A little funky, rather light body.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light banana esters, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with cloves, banana esters, pleasant. Bottle at Rooted in Place.

A hazed dark reddish brown ale with a thin big bubbled light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light meaty notes, a bit unpleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light burned caramel, powdery character, alcohol warmth, ok. Cask Days 2019.

On tap at Folly, pours a cloudy clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some pine, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Balanced well. Good stuff.

On tap at Folly, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and sweet bready malt - strange stuff. Flavour is along the same lines, with wild yeast, bready malt and herbal notes. A little jagged and herbal. Meh.

On tap at Folly, pours a dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out farmhouse notes, with toasted caramel and gentle, burnt sugars. Flavour is along the same lines, with burnt caramel, farmhouse notes, and earthy notes. Different than anything I tried in Lithuania, but honestly, but better. Soft and malty, with penetrating farmhouse character. Very nice.

On tap at Folly, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral and perfumey hops, with a prominent, but harsh, farmhouse character. Flavour is harsh, with perfumey notes, floral hops, and some farmhouse yeast. Clashing and jagged. Not feeling this.

On tap at Folly, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose is full of funky brett notes, with moderate dank hop presence, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is robust, full of barnyard funk, rustic saison yeast, and some dank hops to accentuate. Beautiful balance and constructed expertly. Excellent.
