On tap at Folly, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett funk, some dankness, straw and earthy notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued funk, earthy notes, and bready malt. The whole things feels rather muted, even despite the super low-ABV. Pleasant.

On tap at Folly, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle dankness, with lots of funky brett, some lacto and spicy saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with dankness, brett funk, rustic saison yeast, and crisp crackery malt. Rustic and dank finish. Grainy mouthfeel. Interesting one.

On tap at Folly, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, cereal grains, and straw. Flavour is quite dry, with lots of rustic saison yeast, dry wheat and a hint of oats. Light wildness from the brett. Nice stuff.

Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a bubbly white cap, fizzing down averagely and leaving a few foamy spots. The sourness in the nose is well-balanced with the citrus of the brew, and hints of the hops of a Pale ale. It does seem like sea salt is in here, as in the taste. A little more sourness in the start of the flavours and citrus blends the rest. Kind of reminds me of a Gose. Just a higher alcohol content one. I really don't mind this one.

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light curacao and Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light cork, light fruity esters, nice and smooth. On tap at Funkfest 2019.

Rich hazy orange-honey gold with a dense head. Fresh juicy stone fruit aroma, rich and welcoming. Full bodied with scratchy carbonation and a rich mouthfeel. Lots of juice, some pith and tang. Fun.

Opaque straw gold that is very similar to Fresh Money in looks. Great fruity mosaic aroma, very enticing. Quite full bodied with sharp hoppy fruit and zesty minty citrus notes on a pretty full gassy body. Nice.

A crispy beer that’s lagered but fermented with kveik. Opaque straw gold. Wafer like malt aroma with mild herbal hop notes. Lots of bready wafer notes on a light watery body. Alright but it felt made to be drunk from pitchers not tasters.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale amber with a one finger white head. Nose is citrus and tropical fruit with light funk. Light fruit sweetness with a light++ lemon peel tartness. Mouth is slightly thin with average carbonation. Fairly tame sour... 7/3/7-/3/13+
