Can from the lcbo. Hazy, cloudy yellow with a tiny, quickly dissipating head. Aroma is full of melon, and mango, with some tart citrus. Mouth feel is thin, low carb. Tart citrus finish, lemon rind, and zest, hints of grapefruit pith, medium bitter, medium tartness.

On tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury Ontario.
Pours a clear red, with a small white head. Aroma is just flemish red all the way. Lactic, balsamic vinegar, tart fruit, with a soft cognac sweetness. The cognac barrel takes a bit off the edge of the big flemish vinegar notes, but not enough for my tastes. The fruit fades, and the acidic notes take over. Not great.

Lets give sammy a hand, the previous rater before me. Seriously the worst rater on ratebeer. Holy god....well moving on. On tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, and herbal. Some subtle basil, even some mint, with a wet hay/funkiness. Mouth feel and carb are good. The finish is grassy, peppery, with some more herbs, and subtle citrus. Meh.

Tap at the brewpub. Smoky aroma, some subtle scotch aromas, some peat, and robust roasted, almost charred malts with a subtle lactic funkiness. Mouth feel and carb are both quite low. Finish is robust, and lactic, with a subtle roasty sweetness and grassy hop.

Another saison from a brewpub full of saisons. Im honestly having a hard time telling them apart, this is basically a clone of the flemish cap saison. Peppery, citrucy, yeasty.....a big meh.
