Medium brown. The barrel lends some accents, pinot. On the palate, the brett jumps out, and it's just a bit tart. But more dry. The pinot is quite a bit in there. That brings tons of fruit to this, which helps to round out the strong quad.

On tap at Folly, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is estery, with lots of floral notes, candi sugar, and a little bubblegum. Flavour is sweet and estery, with loads of bubblegum, estery notes and saison yeast. Too sweet but it's decently brewed. Good.

On tap at Folly, pours a hazy deep dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted chestnuts, bready malt and a hint of toffee. Flavour is similar, with bready malt, toffee and cloyingly sweet candi sugar. Not authentic and way too sweet. Not great.

On tap at Folly, pours a cloudy dark amber orange brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is laid back, with bready malt and some faint British hops. Flavour is fairly authentic, with bready malt, English hops, and some earthiness. Reasonably authentic, with a nicely dry bready malt base. Good.
