Tap at Bar Hop, Brewco, 12th July 17. Pours clean and bright. Aroma is yeast, grass. Taste is clean, hay, grass citrus. Nice.

A reddish burgundy ale with a thin lacing light rosey head. In aroma, loads of raspberry, dark fruits, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with loads of black berry, light Brett, light cork, smooth acidity, very nice. On tap at Funkfest 2017.

A golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett notes, light grassy hops, light cork, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Orval beauty, light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with loads of apricot and peach, light cave notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of peaches, light mineral notes, light alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Bouteille 500ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur dorée voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de levure, légèrement poivré, herbacé. Goût de levure, malt, houblon résineux, zeste d’agrumes, un peu beurré, amertume moyenne. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen, un peu grasse.

At the brewery, August 2016. Praxis is a cloudy gold with a thick fluffy head. Eggy dry wheat and funk. Light bodied, smooth texture. The taste is lightly tart, lemon, lactic and dry brett character.

Inkhorn at the brewery on tap.
A reddish brown color with a biscuity rye and black pepper aroma. It’s light bodied, tangy, tart and very much in a sour belgian vein with some chocolate notes in the finish.

Imposter Syndrome Farmhouse IPA 6.2% Tap at the brewery.
A golden copper with a filmy head and peppery, clove and hop aroma. Medium to light bodied with smokey, lime, white pepper and a somewhat puckering grapefruit pith flavor. Uniquely interesting.

Light cloudy gold with a soapy looking white head of foam. Lemon, oak and burnt vanilla aroma. The taste is tangy, white wine oak barrel character and a brett woodsy finish.
