Can from Halo. Pours a very cloudy gold. Nose is juice citrus with some resin and pine. Sweet malty base that supports tangerine with edgy resin and a flat bitterness. The sweetness and bitterness lingers with touches of ash. The overall balance of this is decent, but the hops is coming off a little too harsh.

Growler from the brewery. Pours a cloudy papaya reministant pink-orange. Nose tangy aserbic sour notes, bare hint of orange. Taste is a nicely balanced zesty sour, with a mild sweet creamy orange followed by a touch of bitterness

(500ml bottle from the brewpub, shamefully forgotten in a box for months by me) Pours quite hazy amber with a thick white head and lace. Aroma is stale hops which is my fault, lots of bready malt, musty fruity grapey undertones. Flavour is less obviously affected by staleness, a lightly tart peach and grape vibe, bready malt, fruit skins, low bitterness, quite smooth and drinkable for ancient IPA. Grapey aftertase. Medium bodied, average carbonation. I feel like a bit of an idiot for forgetting this so I'm going to score on the favourable side for how it drank as with a hefty dry hop this would be more interesting.

(Sample on tap @ the brewpub, March 8/20) Pours deep purple with a decent head of pale pink froth. Aroma of sweet-tart elderberry, blueberry jam, some florals but not tons of elderflower, wet leaves, pretty nice. Flavour is rather light overall and balanced between lightly sweet and tart elderberry and other forest berries, some hints of elderflower and herbs, kind of mineral but with a bit of bready malt and apple sourness as well. Short dry tartish aftertaste. Light body, soft carbonation. Interesting but a bit too light for me on the tongue given the appearance and nose, and short on elderflower which I am a huge fan of.

(On tap @ the brewery, March 8/20) Pours a lightly hazed pink grapefruit juice coral red with a small off-white head. Aroma of blood orange, grapefruit, citrus peels, light hops. Flavour is a mix of tart juicy blood orange/grapefruit, some lactic acidity and moderately sweet lactose, vanilla hits in the middle of the sip along with some orange zest. Finish is off-dry and moderately bitter with a mix of sweet and bitter citrus notes and some leafy hops. Medium-full body, creamy, soft carbonation. I'm not sure blood orange is the ideal fruit for the smoothie treatment, a sweeter orange might be better, but solid in the early March sunshine.

(On tap @ the brewery, March 9/20) Pours very hazy orangish-gold with a thick fine white head and lace. Aroma of dank weedy hops, sweet oranges, some pit fruit, hits of creamy vanilla and lactose but the weed dominates the nose. Flavour is moderately sweet with orange and dank mango, some weed, soft pit fruit, lactose is present in moderate strength, vanilla subtle, off-dry on the finish with moderate dank bitterness. Smooth creamy medium-full mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Nice dankness here, did it need the milkshake element? Probably not, but it was a solid weed-forward pale.

On tap at Halo, pours a cloudy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart strawberries, a little kiwi, and plenty of lacto. Flavour is quite yogurty, with plenty of strawberries, some overripe kiwi, and loads of lacto. Plenty of fruity but it seems rather overripe. Not bad.
