A light straw body topped by a low, creamy white head. The nose leads with fruity yeast and a spritz of citrus. A very refreshing, mild blend of bready sweet malt, Belgian-style yeast (banana) and light citrus notes. Smooth and slightly creamy mouth feel. Nice summer fare.

A solid white head on an attractive, unfiltered light amber body. The nose pops with fresh fruit and a touch of pepper. This collaboration is a top shelf imperial NE IPA. Fresh tropical notes blend nicely with fresh squeezed grapefruit, orange and lemon. Touches of cherry and pepper add to the mix. The malt is bready, soft and sweet. It is all smoothed out with a touch of honey.

An ale that goes down easy, but is relatively light fare considering the dry hopping and the punchy hops being used. A kosch or lager-like body. Bready malt with a grassiness to the hop profile.

A big Spicy yeast nose. An off-white head on a deep amber body. The big surprise of a recent Ottawa-area beer tasting. A lovely blend of soft Belgian yeast, sweet malt, honey, herbs and a solid splash of fruity hops. Smooth and velvety mouth feel. Well done

A thin off-white head on a dark ruby body. A faint nose with roasted malt. It goes down pretty easy, but nothing to write home about. Dark roasted malt dominate the taste profile. There is some sweetness and a hint of bubblegum. A touch of counterbalancing hops.

Keg at The Gilmour, Ottawa. Cloudy pale orange colour, small head. Generous aroma lime and tangerine. Mid sweet with medium body and cushiony, rounded mouthfeel. Passionfruit and grapefruit on fruity malt. Low bitterness.
