Cannette 473 ml. Olfactif à tendance plutôt malté et caramélisé avec notes de sucre brulé, de biscuit au thé et avec une légère teneur en gazon et en résine. Visuel ambré, cuivré, avec une mousse rocailleuse beige qui se maintient bien. Le liquide est très clair. L'entrée de bouche est légèrement terreuse avec quelques sucres caramélisés, et la finale plutôt résineuse et terreuse. Les notes sont caramel brulé, orange pamplemousse, terre et résine. Elle me semble plus anglaise qu'américaine. Agréable mais plutôt standard.

Canette de 473 ml. Des houblons herbacés aux allures de menthe, des tons de gomme baloune et de clou de girofle avec une base de pain frais composent l'essentiel de ce bel olfactif. Un liquide blond, doré, translucide, avec une petite mousse effervescente qui tient à peine quelques secondes. En entrée de bouche, des accents de pain légèrement épicé au poivre, à la cannelle et au clou, se déclinant en une finale légèrement amère aux accents herbacés de menthe et de ciboulette. Rafraichissante et très gouteuse.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, roasted malt, and light hops. Flavour reveals notes of dark cocoa, toasted nuts and light roast. Quite a bit of chocolatey depth to this one. Nice brown ale.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light citrus hops and biscuity malt, with a touch of honey. Flavour is similar, with lots of honey, with subdued hops and biscuity malt. Floral honey notes on the finish. Not feeling this.

473mL can, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings lots of purple grape cough syrup and a touch of citrus. Flavour is quite repulsive, with lots of grape cough syrup. Not really getting any gose notes here. Dominated by the unpleasant grape. Just a bad idea and not executed well.

Canette de 473 ml de la brasserie. Nez aromatique d'agrumes, d'orange, de pamplemousse et de fruits tropicaux, soutenu par des tons de biscuit du malt et des effluves de résine de pin et de fleurs sauvages. Un filet de mousse effervescente recouvre à peine un liquide doré / paille légèrement voilé. En bouche, on remarque tout de suite une texture mince, un corps aqueux, soutenu par un fruité intense et une amertume résineuse. On a de l'orange, du pamplemousse, de la papaye, des fruits tropicaux et une trop légère amertume florale et résineuse. Le fruité est ici trop exagéré pour le style. On a l'impression de boire un jus d'orange alcoolisé. Très bon au gout mais loin du style.

A dark copper amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light chocolate notes and nutty notes, grassy hops, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light roasted notes, light nutty notes, light coffee grind, musty character, grassy bitter hops, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, plums, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, frankincense, light curacao, juniper, very nice and interesting. On tap at brewery .
