This stout poured a deep black colour with a brown, creamy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include tobacco, old cigarette butts and a little coffee. first swig was creamy. Flavours of ash, soy sauce and smoke with a little heat from the peppers. Light bourbon flavours in the end. Finish is nice and burnt with smoke flavours lingering.

Draft - Nice Chocolate, coconut and a touch of bourbon. Jet black with a decent brown head. Sweet chocolate, light vanilla and some boozy notes. Cinnamon and chilli hit in the finish. A bit disjointed and no real balance.
