Keg at brewery, Hamilton. A superb sour that was both sour and creamy at the same time. Testament to correct malts and hop combination. Not as unsettling as some kettle sours are. Good work.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with red grapes, caramel, alcohol warmth, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light red grapes, red wine notes, light buttery notes, pleasant. On tap at Craft Beer Market Ottawa.

A hazed golden gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, light acidity, light passion fruit, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of tropical fruits, light pineapples and passionfruit, very nice. On tap at Beyond the Pale.
