I think the barmaid may have mixed up my 2 drafts; the sweet Caroline and the bludacris because this sample is a clear bright brown with a reddish hint. Yes, it does have a spicy nose. Honey is definitely forward. A hint of berry in there. Some co2, not much. Pretty good overall. Slight medicinal feel on the finish.

Tap at the Cary ciderhouse. My sample was clear pale. Interesting flowery perfume nose. Can taste some lemon peel with an associated bitterness. However, can't really find any blueberry in this, just curious if the barmaid mixed up the drafts. Hardly any co2, virtually flat.

Rap at the Cary taphouse. Clear pale. Mild hint of cherry oon the nose. Nice commencement on the uptake. Fine sizzly co2, I liked that. Overall sweetart candy flavor. Perhaps I get some cherry, maybe not. Easy to drink, hides alky well. Pleasant overall brew.

Tap at the Cary Bull City taproom. Fairly pale with a tint of brown. Friendly mild apple nose. Nice on the first uptake. Easy. A little more dry than other ciders I've had here. Can't really pick out the orange peel in this. Neither does the hibiscus come thru. But overall I enjoyed this one. It was tasty and not overly sweet. Perhaps there was just a little bit of the flower and orange taste on the finish, if I looked for it.

Single from Whole Paycheck. Rare Vos glass @home. Clear pale pour, lingering white wash. Sharp powdered sugar, banana Runts & malic acid candy nose. Bittersharp, dried pineapple & accompanying sulfite dust, yeasty, backsweetened, odd banana, salt, sugary lemon tart finish. Kinda okay-ish.

From a clear bottle absconded from total wine in NC. Drank right from the bottle it has a somewhat sweet nose. Not much carbonation. Taste lacks any of those really dry rude ass homemade cider effects I used to get when I made my own cider. Goes down really easy. Tho sweet, does not seem to have much unfermented sugar in there.

Apple cider sweetness with a spicy ginger flavor. Finishes dry. Not overly sweet. Nice combination of dry cider and ginger.

Red color. Good combination of sweet and tart. Beet adds a little different taste to the traditional crisp apple cider. Easy to drink.

Sample at Fireforge during the Cask of Kindness with Upstate Forever event on 07/19/2019. Clear golden-orange color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Potty lace. Aroma of citrus, apple and malt. Light body with flavors of mildly tart citrus and apple, wheat and a bit of spice. The finish is fruity with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
