16oz can pours a translucent, burnt orange with some frothy white head. Nose has some malt, mango, some orange, herbs, some tea with citrus. Flavor is better, vanilla and mango and melon, fruity tea now, bubblegum. This might not be the freshest can. Finishes fruity and a bit tannic.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a fairly nice, two to three centimetre tall pure white head that fades fairly quickly and leaves a subtle lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of metal, light malt, some soft citrus (just lemon, really) notes, a dash of cleanser and a good deal of yeast, breadiness and biscuity grainy elements - good in the nose for a lager. Light to Medium-bodied; Sweetish flavours of apples and even caramelised sugars at first with a definite yeast and bread flavour right behind and a dash of more complex grains and bitterness that has some oatmeal and malted barley notes that add some depth the proceedings with a light sweetness from the fruits and slightly toasted sugars as well. Aftertaste is fairly nice and also fairly easy-going, especially for a lager, with a nice and smooth complexity along with a biscuity, malty character with some caramelised sugars and pure caster sugar notes that also has a faint hop flavour and a good robust balance throughout without being astringent, showing too much metal or alcohol and still has good set of complexities. Overall, a nice and enjoyable beer that hits well, especially as summer is winding down - this one is full of flavour, but also easy-drinking, especially for a lager. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 21-August-2020 for US$4,22 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-September-2020.
