On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark grains and a light smoke with a nice roastiness underlying. Flavor starts with dark grains and deep roasted malts with some smoke growing through the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has slightly sweet grains and light hay with straw and a hint of cracker coming through. Flavor is similar with slightly sweet grains throughout, growing straw and a hint of cookie in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2025. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has grassy and earthy straw with a touch of bread underlying. Flavor has grass up front with earthy straw and a growing grain note.

Draft at Red Cow, Uptown, 6/14/25. Clear gold, white head, lasting lace. Bright, grainy, grass, pine. Lemon, light spice. Clean and light bodied (but not watery). Easy drinking. Bright. Pretty good.

On tap at Bauhaus, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has crisp grassy hops, crackery malt and straw. Flavour is gently crisp, with grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and straw. Grassy and crisp, nicely hopped. Solid.

On tap at Bauhaus, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt and a little caramel. Flavour is fairly sweet, with bready malt and syrupy caramel. Way too sweet and not on style. Meh.
