New brewery! Brewery #2148. USA # 1744. NC # 109. Pint can from Appalachian Vintner, 4/27/23. Major gusher. Dark brown. Well a brown head was all over the table but is absent nin the glass. Aroma of roast, chocolate, butter, plastic. Taste is cherry, chocolate, roast, nuts, butter. Thin. Something definitely awry here. A shame as it's my first impression with this brewery.

64oz growler pours a murky amber with no head. Nose has malt, cereal, some earthiness, smoke. Flavor is earthy and smokey, malt, toffee, carob. Finishes full bodied, just off dry.
