Draught at Il Santo Bevitore, Venezia. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- funky, malty. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly sour, slightly bitter, typical weisse flavors, malt, decent sea buckthorn. Medium bodied.
Very well balanced, very good.

Il naso vira verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il liquido appare nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro non è invasivo, con sentore sour molto accentuato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano note di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia amara, erbe, olivello spinoso e sour.

Tap at Il Santo Bevitore, 10th November 24. Pours a light straw colour and clear. Aroma is peach and floral. Taste is peach, floral, easy drinking. Not bad

Bottled 330ml. -at The Old Boys Trieste, shared with hrabren. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head that went away fast, light alcohol and oak in the nose. Mild roasted malt, oak, toasted, light chocolate and noticable alcohol with touch of smoke in the finish.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi at The Old Boys, Trieste. Made around 2018. Dark brown to black, small off-white head. Roasty and oaky aroma, barrel, whiskey, soft smoke. Nutty, toasty. A light touch of alcohol. Soft carrob and licorice. Hints of spice and chocolate. Strong, potent. Whiskey in the flavour. Oak, some vanilla, some dried fruit, quite complex. Warmth. Toasty and smokey feel. Smooth, medium body. Not sweet. Nicely rounded. Hints of dark cherry in the flavour. Light finish.
