Slightly hazy orange-tinted body with a super-thin slightly off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, some light malt, vinegar and a tiny bit of apricots. Medium-bodied; Nice hoppy flavour up front, mixed with the ’off’ vinegary tastes. Aftertaste shows potential as it leaves the palate dry and bitter. Overall, a decent APA - not enough character to be good. Nice to try as a fall seasonal, though! I sampled this beer on draught at the Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, OK on 17-November-2005.

Deep dark brown in colour - 75% opaque with a nice sized brown head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and roasted malt. Medium-bodied; Deep bittering maltiness with some coffee flavours and a bit of chocolate throughout. Aftertaste shows some nuts and a light sweetness along with the other bitter flavours. Overall, decent - not great, nor horrible. I sampled this beer on draught at the Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, OK on 17-November-2005.

Deep amber colour body with hints of ruby and a light tan head. Aroma of caramel malt, some light hops and a bit of bad vinegar. Medium-bodied; Strong maltiness up front fading to a good deep nuttiness. Aftertaste shows a lot of character-good deep tastes throughout. Overall, a good offering-even considering that I hate the style! This one is definitely the best from the bunch at the brewpub. Hazy gold coloured body with a thin white head, served with a lemon. Aroma of citrus, cleaning products and coriander seed. Very light wheat taste with some citrus and coriander seed freshness. Aftertaste very clean and subdued. Overall, not the worst since it has such a mild taste, but it could use a LOT more! I sampled this beer on draught at the Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, OK on 17-November-2005.

Slightly hazy gold coloured body with an orange tint and a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, light cascade (although they say williamette) hops and citrus. Light-bodied; Hops & very light malt up front fading to a super pale taste with little else following. Aftertaste shows some bitterness, but its very mellow. I could imagine this one being good for people who don’t like the taste of beer at all! I sampled this beer on draught at the Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, OK on 17-November-2005.

Clear amber coloured body with an orange tint and light off-white head. Aroma of malt, light english hops, some toffee and light fruits. Medium-bodied; Acidic fruityness up front with no malt or hops behind. Aftertaste puckering and sour - some sweetness..wierd for the style. Overall, lacking - everyway possible...bad start (this was my first beer) for Bricktown. I sampled this beer on draught at the Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City, OK on 17-November-2005.
