Draft. Black beer with a low tan head. Dark fruit aroma. Dark fruit and chocolate flavor with light pie crust. medium bodied. Dark fruit and chocolate linger.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours a clear pale purple with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral honey notes and a touch of woodiness. Flavour is kind of thin, with wildflower notes and light wood. Very subtle honey notes on the finish. It's alright.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours a clear dark amber with a tiny beige head. Aroma is full of honey, light tart raspberries and a touch of floral notes. Flavour is moderately sweet, with plenty of honey character, light raspberries, and floral notes. Medium sweet for a mead. Nicely made.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out amburana wood, toasted caramel, and brown sugar. Flavour is fairly rich, with amburana wood, dark sugars, caramel, and a touch of spiced pumpkin notes. A little harsh but it's made pretty competently. Pleasant.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is intense, with lots of cinnamon, maple and rum barrel heavy. Flavour is extremely boozy, with lots of spiced rum barrels, with banana, maple and spiciness. Too boozy and hot and messy. It's okay.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours a cloudy dark hot pink / red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out plenty of cinnamon, cherry pie, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is like a tart cherry pie, cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness. Liquid cherry pie, with a pleasant cinnamony finish.

On tap at Elk Valley, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out plenty of cucumber skins, a touch of jalape�o, and light rustic notes. Flavour is not spicy at all, with cucumber skins and gentle jalape�o spice. Gentle and nicely adjuncted. Good stuff.
