My first 7 quid pint; decent pale ale with aromas of fruit, hops, some pines - tastes similar, with a smooth finish. Enjoyed it.

Pint can from Wine Warehouse, 5/17/21. Black, large frothy tan head. Fascinating bubble structure, as @CrellMoset would say. Rock and weird. Lives up to the name. I see botryoidal chalcedony in the bubbles at first, than just a nice Connect 4 line. Big head, structure always evolving. If I've talked about the appearance this long, I suppose the score should be a 5. Aroma of roast, chocolate, yeast, a faint bit of dark fruit. Taste is molasses, dark fruits, nuts, roast. Thin. Solid.
