Rather different sort of aroma; maybe a bit caramel. Solid amber color with wholly non-retentive head. Starts quite sweet. Near medium body with mild carbonation. The finish is rather caramel sweet with no detectable bitter. It’s ok, but ... On the other hand it is incredibly better than Bud!! Might be a little bitter building over time. Certainly not offensive.

Amber color, very little foam, whats there is beige...strong caramel on the nose, combined with malts and an almost artificial vanilla...."cows tale"-M.V....light and refreshing with a creamy palate and a tang to the finish, tart almost...flavor profile is similar to the aroma but seems just simple and watery compared to the wonderful aroma...

WBF-Raleigh. Clear golden body with a small white head. Sweet fruity aroma that I’ve found to be common amongst sorghum beers. Somewhat grainy sorghum flavor.

12 oz bottle from Shigadeyo! First sorghum beer I’ve had and gluten-free so I wanted to try it! nose of very light sweet grain; lighthly hazy gold with a very small white head; flavor was different than any beer I’ve had, sweet different maltiness with a tart turn at the end, and a tiny hop finish, but not much. Different and it sure doesn’t taste like a pale lager!

Bottle. Sour corn syrup (sorghum) malt aroma. Golden yellow with minimal head. Strong sorghum and grassy malt flavor - for those who don’t know what sorghum tastes like, it’s like bitter molasses. I’m not sure if the moderate bitterness of this beer is due to the sorghum or hops or both. This is a real love/hate beer. I happen to like the sorghum flavor in this beer, but it will probably turn many people off.

12 oz. bottle. I’m being kind, since this is the only choice for some people who couldn’t have any beer otherwise. Smell is oddly grainy. Not malty, of course. Light amber color, fizzes briefly, then no head. Taste starts out sweet, a little too highly carbonated. Dries out as I go further. Some snatches of fruit and Malto Goya. Even a bit chewy like grass seed. My first sorghum beer, so I don’t have much to compare it to.

Pour is a bright golden with a a white head. Aroma is musty with a little apple cider. Flavor is sweet but bitter with a tart finish. Not sure if i get the sorghum beers there is always something missing.

This beer is a clear gold color with a thin and fizzy ivory colored head that burns out almost immediately. Very little lacing to be found. Aroma of grain and malt. Light-bodied with a sweet flavor which mainly comes from the sorghum. There is some malt and sour fruit as well. The finish is syrupy sweet with honey and sorghum. Didn’t enjoy this one too much.
