Tap at Borefts. Black with big tan head. Milky roasted grains, ash, passionfruit indeed, earthy leaves, licorice, coffee, more weird earthy dead leaves and fruit skins. Over medium sweet, light bitter and tart. Almost full bodied.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy dark red with barely any head. Light funk, very herbal, soft alcoholic, red currants, hay, grassy, maybe soft tart cherries but not a lot. Just medium sour and bitter, under medium sweet. Medium bodied.

Fruity! No hiding the ABV here, this is a big unit and drinks like one. Not alcoholic, just heavy and powerful. Loads of fruit, sweet with a hint of fruity tartness, hazy, juicy and super fresh. Lovely refreshing and a pleasure.

Another festival special with that same great base, in this case passion fruit was added. Unfortunately: it doesn't work. Unbalanced, the tart fruityness doesn't combine well with the sweet and rich base, makes it thin. Fun attempt.

Yes! My kind of soda beer. No way this is 7%, more like 3. Lightly tart, loads of fruit, slight funkyness. Extremely drinkable, well made. Love it.

This one was a bit disappointing. Way too much wet barrel effects, making the beer heavy alcoholic and thin. Base is thin and bitter. I like brandy, but this was sharp and solvent'y. Still not bad, and tasty enough though. I guess.

Taste: very fruity, lots and lots of passion fruit, chocolate notes, bit sourish, malty. Aftertaste: passion fruit and more chocolate, roasted, bitter finish.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: tonka beans? Lots of cinnamon, fruity, some vanilla, roasted, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of cinnamon, roasted, bitter, hoppy, pretty alcoholic, some wine, bit oxidized. Aftertaste: fruity, vanilla, tonka beans? Nice one!
