Sampler at the Hendersonville tap room. Clear gold. Smell is heavy on dried potpourri, pineapple & boxed apple juice. Slightly tart, taste is mostly all concentrated Dole pineapple juice with barely a nod to apples. Thicker then their other ciders, almost syrupy. On tap in Hendersonville. Visited here when it was still called Bold Rock. Sampler glass. Clear, pale iced tea, leaning peach color. Smell is of cranberry cocktail & boxed apple juice blended seamlessly. Taste is boxed apple cranberry, maybe a hair tarter than store bought. Low abv, more bitter than sweet. Slight dank & pith in the background; watery. Along the whole lineup, this fairs okay. Separately, this isn't something I want again. **Notes from Aug 2018**

Typical apple cider aroma and color. Flavor is very sweet and pineapple with a crisp finish. Lingering sweetness.

Tall boy from Tasty Beverage in Asheville. Duvel glass. Clear, sparkly, raspberry orange brew. Smell is leafy, with strong, sharp berry & candy notes. Taste is a tart, grape juicy, bittersweet apple cider backsweetened blend. Syrupy, but well carbonated. Light yeasty note that lingers. This is jungle juice suitable for under the bleachers activities. Bleh.

Bottle during Thanksgiving dinner. Clear yellow color, champagne head and bubbles. Fruity aroma. taste is very sweet and hi carbonation.

Keg at Pisgah. Pours a clear pinkish color with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart apples, dry berries. The taste is sweet apples, berries and a tart finish.Thin-medium bodied, decent balance.
