On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry biscuity malt, some crackery notes and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of rustic saison yeast, dry crackery malt, and light earth. Bone dry, with nice depth. Very good.

500 mL bottle poured. A fun series that I wish I could try all of. Can’t quite keep up though. Caramel orange like pour with a patchy head. Malt forward IPA here on aroma and flavor. Rich malt, bitter grassy hops, straw finish. An alright beer.

Draught @ The Local, Bellingham. Very pale with no head. Cloudy. Tart, with light lactic taste. Balanced...has some complexity. Good overall.

Draft pour pint at Taphouse, Seattle. Copper red pour with a thin head. Slight spice aroma. Obvious tea impressions. Flavor is a sweet vegetal first impression. The late linger couldn’t be any more tea. Vegetal note isn’t too pleasant, but the beer doesn’t bother me as an overall. Flavorful, and interesting.

Hazy, quite pale. No head. On the nose it’s different from what I expected, really like apple juice. Quite thin. Lots of that same apple juice character. Not a whole lot of nuance, just a fairly basic beer with this odd character that honestly doesn’t make a lot of sense. Doesn’t come together for me.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of peaches upfront, with light tartness, some zest, and lacto. Flavour is pretty peachy, with lacto, citrus and tart peach. Rather yeasty and messy, but it's pleasant.

Pale golden with a small fuzzy head. Mild farmhouse and tart aroma with light fruit. Flavor lacks pretty much any interesting notes. Very faint sour finish. Back end is kind of acidic. Meh.

500 mL bottle poured. Bottled in September. The bottle suggests not aging this beer at all, however it was bottled over 3 months ago, and I don’t think I have seen it before today. I love peaches. Especially in beer. This was a no brainer, and at such a low cost for a sour beer this size, it could have really gone either way. All went right. A bright, glowing peach orange pour. Very attractive looking beer. A thin fizz head that fades. Peaches and pear, fruit cocktail like aroma. Flavor is a delicious combination of sweet and sour. Very true peach flavor here. Not candy or artificial. Very refreshing as it tastes like taking a bite out of a fresh peach. A cool, mild feel that makes this a cinch to drink. Lingering peach fruit, more so sweet than sour, finish. Apple and pear on the afterthought. Moderate tart as an overall, 6/10. What an incredible beer this is. A little bummed to see on the bottle, the small amount of bottles produced of this. I could totally get on board with this esoteric brew becoming a regular beer I can pick up around here. At under $5 a bottle, I’d already consider buying one of the 23 cases myself. Very good stuff.
