500mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a monstrous beige head (infection?). Aroma brings out lovely caramel and roasted malt, followed by light whiskey notes. Flavour isn't quite as lovely, with lots of harsh roasted malt, followed by caramel, some bitter astringency, and light whiskey - maybe a touch of band-aid too. A bit odd and messy, but it works pretty well. Solid.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep amber with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has sweet fruits and funk with a bit of sweet bread backing. Flavor has sweet tart fruits with a light acid and a good amount of funk.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden yellow with a very small white head. Aroma is very toasted, with lots of toasted grains, light brett funk and cereal notes. Flavour is more bretty and fruity, with stone fruits, earthy notes, and brett funk. Nicely blended, with a lightly fruity and a hint of a tart finish. Decent.

500mL capped bottle. This is not a very Brett L Brett L, at least the way I view Brett L. The base beer is a light golden ale with some sweet bread. The brett is just a light funk but not strong or particularly awesome. Its like Mollusk is getting closer but hopefully will get there soon.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Lots of carb, pours a dark brown with large frothy beige head that lasts. The aroma is caramel, bread, cocoa. Medium body, bready malt, cocoa, light dry finish, ok.

500mL capped bottle purchased at the brewery. The brewer decided to make a smaller beer for this series, which is a good decision in my opinion. Not over carbonated as the 1 and 2. The brett and lacto do not shine a lot. The beer is light, almost watery, but super easy to drink. Tart for sure but not funky. Just a tart, easy drinking.

500 ml bottled poured, courtesy of Eugene. Thanks! Sadly running out of time to share these things. Pear golden pour with a quick fading head. Grainy aroma, much more so than anything else. Odd start for a wild. Straw start, with a minimum tart, and a cool brett, lemon, lacto finish. Pretty good.

500mL capped bottle purchased at brewery A very cloudy pale color, not much for head or lacing. I really am enjoying this beer. Parsnips are really a flavor one could pick out. But this reminds me of my homebrew but better. Its just soft brettiness and airiness. Lightly lemony and herbal brett. Flavor has a bit of tartness that kicks in, less mild then the aroma feels. Just a light beer, no aggressive hops, no sharp sourness, just a light bretty funky beverage. Needs prettying up and that is all.

4oz Draft at brewery. Not as pizza-y as you would think. Not Mama Mias beer.light oregano soma and faintest flavor of it. No garlic or tomatoes. Orherwise, a lie better than the base beer.

4oz Draft at brewery. Very hazy pale gold color. Another non-Saison Belgian ale. Maybe even coriander or something else added. Sweet Belgian tea malts. Some lemony aspects, which I feel must be from some spice.
