4oz draft at brewery. Pale gold color. Fruit and fruit hops, not necessarily peach but definitely in that family. All natural fruit flavors where hops match well. A bitterness finishes the flavor to remind u this is an IPA. Can’t really tell fruit is added, so it doesn’t best u over the head.

4oz Draft at brewery. Clear light copper color. A little sweet malt candy with a mineral character cutting through until a hop bitterness enters the picture. Not sure where the Nettle flavor is, but a regular amber more than pale ale is what I am feeling.

4oz draft at brewery. Very pale color. Heck of a lacing though. A very. A very light and midly crispy lager with a bit too hick white bread malts. Not sure about green tea but it’s a damn fine lager if not a touch too sweet.

4oz Draft at brewery. Very dark brown, looks black. Does squid ink have flavor? Otherwise a light bodied Schwarz with some mineral character and a soft black bread eathiness. Heck, I like the style, so it’s hard to screw this up for me. Could benefit from less mineral character.

4oz sampler at brewery. Clear pale color. You could have fooled me, no lemon to speak of. It’s mostly the most boring blonde ale, vegetal malts and dusty old character.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett funk and light Belgian yeast. Flavour is odd, with notes of bubblegum, lots of brett funk and champagne-y notes. Super highly carbonated, too much so. A bit off the mark.

500mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a huge white head that lingers. Aroma brings out loads of barnyard funk upfront, with a touch of pineapple, and lots of Belgian yeast. Flavour is huge on the brett funk, subduing the pineapple and leaving only funky critters. Huge carbonation which is a bit detracting but fairly fitting. Better than #2.

500mL capped bottle. Sitting in cabinet for about 6 weeks. Foamy, big head but not as crazy as the lab #2. Aroma has the light Brett C. Pineapple, well not light. But again a bit too sweet malt that may turn this into a bottle bomb. The sweetness in the flavor is a bit annoying.

500mL capped bottle. Kept this in a cabinet for about 6 weeks. About 10 min in a freezer. Pop the cap and poured with a very large foamy head, very foamy. Dark honey copper color, hazy. Aroma is sweet and spoiled fruits brett. So, not the best use of brett. Tickling carbonation. Again sweet and lightly salty spoiled fruits. A little thinned out flavor. I don’t hate the beer. Buttttttt it going to become a bottle bomb without the refined brett character. No grapefruit.

Bottle. Pours a near clear amber with a lively, large white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet fruits, flora, light funk and has a slight tartness. Flavor has a combination of sweet and tart fruits, flora and light funk supported by sweet grains.
