Draught at Brouwer’s Café, Seattle
Cloudy amber color. Huge glue aroma, alcohol, lightly fruity. Sweet pale malt, some vanilla, almost as if this were barrel aged, with fruity bitterness.
A bit messy but nice.

Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of tart citrus with earthy grains and light funk. Flavor has a light sweet citrus with a light tartness and some underlying funk.

Draft at The Collective. A light colored quad? Not too sweet but definitely Belgian. Low fruit and not very alcoholic tasting. Not olumy, not biscuit but also not fruity and estery. Not what I consider a quad but I like it.

Draft 5 oz pour at The Collective, which I correctly predicted would be plenty of this beer. Oily golden pour with no head. Heavy alcohol aroma. Nothing much to pick out of it other than that. Viciously sweet malt, caramel up front, with a pure alcohol transition and finish. NPR. Maybe I am overexaggerating a bit, but im not going to try blowing out any candles here soon. Warming and mostly smooth finish. I can’t imagine drinking much more than a half dozen ounces of this, but good qualities were there. Fun try.

I love this 500mL bottle. Its a very cloudy, no clarity, pale color. This is not a sour beer, there is nothing sour about it, its tart, its lightly acidic but its not sour. I can’t really call it a berliner, its got some acidity in a wheat beer, a good acidity, reminds me of my homebrew. I like the beer, light, tart, spritzy. Some light citrus, would not guess oranges. Short aftertaste, ends watery. 6-pack this bad boy Mollusk.

Draft at brewery. Despite all the stuff it tastes like a sweet Mish mash of stuff. Don’t really get whiskey but some barrel alcohol presence.

Draft at brewery. Very dirty, hazy amber color. Acetic heavy flavor component, wet and musty malts. Traditional American sour beer but doable for me... for now.

Draft at brewery. Very fruity flavor and airy tartness finish in flavor. Aroma is more straight roast stout. Not sure about the oysters.
