Ever so slightly pink tinted body with a thinnish, one to two centimetre tall off-white head that fades fairly quickly with a light pink glow on top. Aroma of definite cherries with some lighter grassier, herbal malts with a dry bite of flowers, grass and some subtle soured, tart hibiscus and perhaps cherry notes - very mild. Light-bodied; Strong malt and biscuity notes with a big floral bite and some noticeable cherry flavours that show through and leave a tiny bit of tartness, with a herbal flavour at the end with a nice funky cherry and tart note towards the end. Aftertaste is dry but tart with enough cherry flavours to make this interesting, but not enough of anything else to make this deep or pungent - this is definitely on the lighter side, in a good way. Overall, a nice and dry, herbal, grassy and very perfumey beer with some tart cherry notes, but just enough to make this interesting and keep it very light and easy-drinking. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Pentagon Row), Virginia on 24-March-2021 for US$1,87 sampled at my house during the Poland match for Euro 2020 (against Slovakia) on 14-June-2021.

Perfectly clear golden coloured body with a thick, three to four centimetre tlal pure white head that fades fairly quickly and leaves just a thin layer on top, after a few seconds. Aroma of very deep and bitter grass, malt, metal and pungent floral elements with some light citrus elements with the lemons and cleanser note towards the end. Light to Medium-bodied; Very strong grassy and citrusey notes dominate with a lot of light bitterness from the hops with a deep robust and floral profile that gives a lot of hay and soft flavours with some mellow sugars, all ending with astringent bitterness, mainly from the malts with a tiny bit coming from the hops. Aftertaste shows the grassy, lemony and slightly perfumey hop notes through everything, with only a dash of sweetness, but a very crisp, lager yeast noticeable throughout and some of the malty, dry and herbal notes that come out throughout. Overall, a very nice and fairly easy-drinking beer with a good set of flavours and minor complexity, especially towards the end. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Wegman's in McLean, Virginia on 23-January-2021 for US$1,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-March-2021, Pi Day.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall off-white and tan head with a beautiful peach and orang tint, but fairly light in colour - especially for the style. Aroma of grapefruit, grainy malts, alcohol, resin, pine, flowers, grass and some metallic notes that hit quite hard. Medium-bodied; Biting hop flavours show at first with some balanced malt, a good dose of citrus sweeetness and twang with a dry herbal and grassy bite and a yeast and metallic bite and pungency that is understood for the alcohol at play, but noticeable and quite strong. Aftertaste is rich and showing some nice hoppy flavours, with a dry herbal and grassy bite from the malts that somehow provides a pretty nice balance throughout. Overall, a fairly well-balanced and structured Imperial IPA with a decent set of flavours and an enjoyable citrus flavour with some soft sugars that provide some relief from the high alcohol. Nice to try very fresh and good for the style! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 24-October-2020 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-October-2020.

Crystal clear golden and light orange coloured body with a very thin, just off-white head that stays afloat for a while, for what is present, at least. Aroma of grass, hay, light citrus, some white grape juice and a touch of flowers - fairly light throughout. Light-bodied; Strong grassy and dry hop notes dominate with a floral and ever-so-slightly citrusey profile that has a tiny bit of sweetness and a light note of malt, but this is very soft and grassy throughout, without much flavour at all. Aftertaste shows the grass and the hops, but no depth in flavours or range in malt, balance and especially complexity. This doesn't have any sweetness, body, fruit or spice and even yeast elements - it's just dry. Overall, a pretty poor and boring beer - the taste is dry, but without any effervescence or fruit to help this out and no malt or body makes this one very weak and mellow - not worth trying to find, when so many others in the style have flavour, complexity AND balance. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Wegman's in Woodbridge, Virginia on 18-April-2020 for US$1,87 sampled the very next day at my house here in Washington on 19-April-2020.
