brown amber appearance very light for an 11% beer. the aroma is pretty good. no bourbon aromas but certainly oak and cocoa. a little marshmallow / coconut in flavor. vanilla and try dry coffee bean. finish is exceptionally bitter.

Draft at the brewery, 6/25/16. Similar to the other from a hop aroma perspective (orange, grapefruit, pine), but shows as a bit thin in the taste and feel. Also, the flavor doesn't quite follow through into the mid and later palates as it does at the start.

Bottle - Dark roast and barrel notes with some spice. Jet brown with a small brown head. Dark roast and some spice and barrel notes.

Pouring via the Fizzics system at the brewery, 6/25/16. Brown color, with a thick, creamy head. Big and boozy. Chocolate malts, bourbon. Full bodied and thick on the mouth.

Bottle at RSBG Grand Tasting. Pours black with small beige head. The aroma is roast and chocolate. Thick, chewy, dark chocolate, roast, dry finish, good.

Draft at the brewery, 6/25/16. Clear yellowish color. Drippy lace. Grassy hops, fruit, and some catty notes. Some bready malt notes as well. Nice mouthfeel overall.

Draft at the brewery, 6/25/16. Unclear orange with a white head and strong, spotty lacing. Bright hop aroma, tropical and pine. Nice hop flavor as well. Comes off as a really nice use of the Mosaic single hop.

Draft - Light strawberry and cream. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Lots of Woody notes, strawberry with a creamy texture. Woody notes are really unusual.

Draft - Leafy vegetal sweetness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light earthy bitter hops with some more of that vegative note.
